Kirsten Wentworth was born and raised in Northeastern PA. She attended the University of Scranton, where she studied accountancy and was an active member of the Varsity Women’s Tennis Team and a retreat leader for University Ministries. She specializes in corporate accounting and taxes. Kirsten is the Past President of NAWBO NEPA, where she previously served as Treasurer and Membership Chair. She was a current committee member of the Susan G. Komen Gala, and has served on the Board of Directors of NEPA Networkers. She continues to enjoy playing tennis and other sports, as well as traveling and reading. Her favorite places to visit are Eastern Europe, as she is fascinated by historical events and learning about other cultures.
Kim Wentworth was born in Springfield, PA but became a resident of NEPA by the age of 12. She attended the University of Scranton, and graduated in 1983. Although her career found her in New York City working as a tax accountant for Morgan Stanley and Drexel Burnham Lambert as well as a public accountant in the Philadelphia suburbs, she eventually relocated back to Clarks Summit, PA. After having two children, Kim took over her father’s engineering firm, PDS Solutions, Inc. where she served as Vice President, with offices in Scranton, PA and St. Petersburg, FL. Following environmental legislative changes, Kim opened Wentworth and Associates in 2010 where she returned to her accounting roots to serve small to mid-sized businesses. She is the Past President of NAWBO NEPA, and has participated in fund raising events for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Kim enjoys traveling and warm weather, and her favorite vacation destinations are St. Pete Beach, FL and Europe.
